  • Are you reimbursed by basic health insurance (LAMal)?
    No , even with a prescription from a doctor. Certain supplementary insurance policies (LCA) partially reimburse psychology services. It depends on the insurance and your personal contract. Be sure to contact your supplementary insurance for this information.
  • I have a prescription from my doctor for sessions with a psychiatrist. Can I come see you?
    My services are not reimbursed by basic health insurance (LAMal), even with a prescription from a doctor . You can come and consult me, but payment will be your responsibility OR to be reimbursed by your supplementary insurance (LCA) if you have one. Please note, partial reimbursement depends on your contract! Be sure to contact your insurance for this information!
  • Can I have an appointment quickly?
    Yes, I have less than two weeks to wait.
  • What is the price of a session?
    130 CHF francs.
  • How can I pay?
    At the end of each session: - By cash (exact amount to bring because I don't have a cash register). - By Twint - By credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Postcard, etc.)
  • Cancellation of appointment
    If unable to attend, any scheduled appointment must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance . If this is not done within this time, the session will be fully billed to the patient . For sessions that take place on Monday , notify even on weekend days by telephone (voice message on combox 0795350524 / 0216120236), e-mail (Rubina.Julie.Nicolet@psychologie.ch), WhatsApp or SMS (0795350524 ).
